Daria is a former pro acrobat with an extensive background not only in acrobatics but also in pole sports and fitness. She took her first steps into sports when she was 9 and has never stopped since then. Today she's an ACE certified Personal trainer, sharing her experience and knowledge with her students all over the World.

What is Fit2Split?
This online flexibility studio was created to help you get in shape while improving your flexibility. The truth is that these two things go together, but somehow a lot of people forget about that.

😉On the one hand, quite a lot of fitness programs don't pay attention to the stretching and mobility aspects of being fit. Or, for example, there are a lot of people who do yoga and don't see any noticeable flexibility improvement. On the other hand, stretching programs forget that a healthy body should not only be bendy but also strong.

Who is this for?
Our classes and programs suit everyone who wants to improve their flexibility, actively strengthen muscles, and create a healthy, balanced body for life.

We offer modifications for any more challenging moves and poses. So all levels are welcome.

What is a monthly challenge? Is it necessary to participate?
Every Challenge is a special training program designed according to Daria's teaching method which has shown good results.

The Challenges focus on the balance of strength and flexibility, but unlike using the video library, in the Challenges, you don't have to create your own program. Everything will be structured and systematized for you.

Participation is totally up to you. We just want to help you stay on track and see your amazing results.

What equipment do I need ?
We want to make it a bit easier for you to join us. During the classes, we use a minimum of quite simple equipment.

Here's a list of what you need for the practices:
🔹a yoga mat (or a carpet, a blanket, floor)
🔹two yoga blocks (or a few thick books)
🔹1-2 yoga knee pads (or a pillow, a couch cushion)
🔹a resistance band (or a towel)
🔹a foam roller (if you are a beginner, please choose medium hard one)
🔹But the main thing that you need is your mood.
